Doors open at 7 pm; concert begins at 8 pm
Cunard Centre, Halifax
Beethoven in jeans? A pint in hand? The master would revel in the rousing!
Symphony Nova Scotia’s annual end-of-season celebration returns to the Cunard Centre for two nights of frothy musical fun. This one-of-a-kind event isn’t your typical Symphony concert — it's a chance for guests and musicians alike to let their hair down, order up an ale, and enjoy live symphonic music from Beethoven to pop. Join us as our Resident Conductor Shalom Bard leads Symphony Nova Scotia with our special guest artist Shannon Quinn who will return to Halifax to play with her hometown Symphony. You can hear Shannon’s music here. Also taking to the stage is our host Tony Quinn who promises a night of laughs and good times; you can learn more about Tony here.
While you’re taking in the show, we encourage you to mingle at the bar, try your luck at the 50/50 draw, see how you photogenic you are with a real-live “Beethoven” in the CBC Photo Booth, and show off your own musical chops at Long & McQuade’s musical instrument fun zone! Don’t forget to bring along some extra cash for these activities and your drinks – all in support of Symphony Nova Scotia.
Individual Tickets: $39 (HST included) through the Box Office at 494.3820. All ticket holders will enjoy table seating on a first come, first served basis. This event is restricted to a 19+ audience.
Reserve your “Beethoven Table”: $1,000 includes 1 table (10 tickets) in preferred seating, reserved in your corporate or individual name, appetizers for 10 people, one 50/50 ticket for each person at the table, a tax deductible receipt and more!
