Youth Programs

Symphony Nova Scotia YouthTeenagers can be inspired to explore their full potential when they are mentored by a master.

Symphony Nova Scotia's youth programs offer teenagers the chance to meet and work with musicians of the highest calibre

Many of Symphony Nova Scotia’s musicians gained their inspiration to practice and achieve excellence through the encouragement and mentorship of a great master.

Teenagers are also inspired when they realize that the music they learn in band practice or at their lessons can have a meaningful connection to what’s on their iPod. Our Youth Programs will encourage young people to pursue excellence in their playing while showing them incredible versatility of orchestral music – including collaborative concerts with artists like Final Fantasy!

And be sure to check out our Under-30 U-Pick subscription. This four-concert package gives youth and young adults the chance to attend Symphony concerts for only $17.75 a ticket (HST included).
