Production Manager



Dave is returning to the Maritimes and Symphony Nova Scotia after many years in Calgary. For ten years, he was the Production Manager of the Jack Singer Concert Hall, and prior to that, was the Production Manager of the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra.

Dave has played trumpet in many orchestras across Canada, including Symphony Nova Scotia, Canadian Opera Co Orchestra, National Ballet Orchestra, Calgary Philharmonic, and Victoria Symphony. He also enjoyed a one-year teaching position at Memorial University in St. John’s, Newfoundland.

Dave is excited to return to Halifax with his 80lbs hair shedder, Bailey.

What is the best concert you’ve been to?
It’s tie between Mahler’s Symphony No. 5 performed by the Chicago Symphony, Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra, Anna Netrebko, and Emmy Lou Harris.
