An update on in-person concerts and events

Following on the increased COVID-19 restrictions in our province announced on April 22, 2021, Symphony Nova Scotia has cancelled or postponed all in-person public events through to May 8, 2021.

While we’re again deeply disappointed to miss these opportunities to connect in person, we remain grateful for our provincial leadership’s firm commitment to keeping our community safe. We also remain humbled and honoured by your ongoing support – your kindness, encouragement, and generous gifts have made a real and lasting difference in our ability to weather this crisis. Thank you! And to learn more about how you can help your orchestra during this time, please click here.

Finally, we continue to share the joy of music together online! Join us for our upcoming free Fusion Sessions concerts with Reeny and Mahalia Smith (April 22), Sirène et Matelot (May 6), and Ben Caplan and Silvio Pupo (May 13).

On behalf of all of us at Symphony Nova Scotia, we wish you health, joy, and wellness during these coming weeks, and encourage you to keep safely experiencing music in whatever way best resonates with you. We look forward to sharing live music with you again when it is safe to do so.
