Bring your Little Learner for a morning all about music, with special guests from Symphony Nova Scotia! Experience a lively, interactive session with two professional musicians, starting at 10:00 am on the Discovery Centre’s Level 3. Afterwards, make your own musical instruments and experiment with different sounds for a show of your own!

This program is created for children ages 2 to 5, but can be enjoyed by all.

For your safety:

  • Attendance is limited; we encourage you to reserve your admission in advance online here (be sure to choose Friday, October 23, 9 am to 12 pm). Space permitting, drop-ins will be admitted after an on-site screening.
  • Museum admission fees apply (fees range from $10 to $15).
  • This event is geared to our youngest audiences, and some are unable to always keep masks on – we encourage family groups to be patient and please enjoy the music from their distanced seating. For the Discovery Centre’s full COVID-19 protocols, click here.
  • Please note that wind players will not wear masks while performing, but will remain socially distanced.
