Did you purchase a ticket package in 2024/25? If so, you can now renew your subscription for our 2025/26 season online in a few simple steps.

HOW TO RENEW ONLINE: YOUR STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE!

  1. Visit the Dalhousie Arts Centre Box Office website at tickets.artscentre.dal.ca.
  2. Click My Account and follow the steps to login. (Can’t remember your password? Try clicking “forgot password” before creating a new account!)
  3. Type in the promotional code 2025SNS
  4. Select the subscription(s) you wish to purchase and to the right of this, click BUY.
  5. Your subscription seat(s) are priced A, B, or C. Find the price that matches yours, and type in the number of seats you want at that price.
  6. Proceed through the checkout.

Some additional notes to make your experience easier:

  • The seat chart is for inventory purposes only; row and seat numbers don’t reflect actual seating location. Please pick a ‘seat’ that corresponds to the subscription price/section you wish to purchase. The prices listed online include all taxes and fees. 
  • After you log in and have chosen your subscription type and price section, you will be asked to let us know your preferred seats and if would like to add on tickets with your subscription. You can type your answer in the box provided. If you are adding concerts, a Box Office representative will be in touch with you to confirm your order. 
  • If you are purchasing a U-Pick subscription, you will be asked to indicate which shows you’d like by typing the date and time into the box provided. Click the + to add a box for each concert choice. Remember: U-Pick subscribers sit in the same section, though not necessarily the same seat, for each concert and are processed after the series renewal deadline (May 30, 2025) in the order they’re received. We will do our best to get as close to your request as possible.

Renew today to get the best seats and savings! If you are a VIP or Series subscriber, we’ve saved your seats. Renew your VIP or Series subscription by May 30, 2025 to get the best price and to secure your seats from our last subscription season.

Please note that all tickets purchased at the Dalhousie Arts Centre Box Office are charged a service fee.
