HOW TO RENEW ONLINE: YOUR STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE!

1. Visit the Dalhousie Arts Centre Box Office website at tickets.artscentre.dal.ca.
2. Click My Account and follow the steps to login. (Can’t remember your password? Try clicking “forgot password” before creating a new account!)
3. Type in the promotional code 2024SNS
4. Find the subscription(s) you wish to purchase. To the right of this, click BUY.
5. Your subscription seat(s) are priced A, B, or C. Find the price that matches yours, and type in the number of seats you want at that price.
6. Proceed through the checkout.

Renew today to get the best price and best available seats! 

If you are a VIP or Series subscriber, we’ve saved your seats! Renew your VIP or Series subscription by May 31, 2024 to get the best price and to secure your seats from our last subscription season!

Please note that all tickets purchased at the Dalhousie Arts Centre Box Office are charged a service fee.
