What’s the process for dealing with my remaining 2019/20 tickets?

If you haven’t already, you can either request to trade your remaining 2019/20 tickets for a future performance between now and June 30, 2023, or receive a charitable tax receipt for the value of the tickets. Here is how to do that:

DONATE YOUR TICKETS TO SYMPHONY NOVA SCOTIA AT THIS CHALLENGING TIME.

As we face this uncertain and difficult situation, your support is more important than ever. All ticket donations will receive a charitable tax receipt for the value of the ticket. To donate your tickets, please email [email protected] with the subject: RECEIPT.

We’ll need your tickets in order to process your request. Here’s how to get them to us:

  • If your tickets were at the Dalhousie Arts Centre Box Office, not to worry — we’ve picked them up!
  • If you have your ticket(s), please scan or take a photo of each ticket and include it with your email. The front of each ticket must be visible and legible, including Event, Row/Seat, Price, Date, and Time.
  • If you prefer to mail your tickets to us, you can now send them to:
  • Symphony Nova Scotia
    ATTN: RECEIPT
