What’s the process for dealing with my remaining 2019/20 tickets?
If you haven’t already, you can either request to trade your remaining 2019/20 tickets for a future performance between now and June 30, 2023, or receive a charitable tax receipt for the value of the tickets. Here is how to do that:

As we face this uncertain and difficult situation, your support is more important than ever. All ticket donations will receive a charitable tax receipt for the value of the ticket. To donate your tickets, please email [email protected] with the subject: RECEIPT.
We’ll need your tickets in order to process your request. Here’s how to get them to us:
- If your tickets were at the Dalhousie Arts Centre Box Office, not to worry — we’ve picked them up!
- If you have your ticket(s), please scan or take a photo of each ticket and include it with your email. The front of each ticket must be visible and legible, including Event, Row/Seat, Price, Date, and Time.
- If you prefer to mail your tickets to us, you can now send them to:

Please note, tax receipts can only be issued in the name of the ticket buyer.

COVID-19 ticket trade are, like all exchanges, ticket-based and can only be used for single tickets or add-on tickets. You will be trading each ticket for a ticket of equal or lesser value. COVID-19 ticket trades can be made for performances up to June 30, 2023.
