Will I get a printed voucher for my ticket exchange?

In an effort to streamline our ongoing ticket exchange process, we don’t currently plan to send out paper vouchers for exchanges. However, please rest assured that we are carefully tracking all requests for exchanges. Your exchange will be kept on file at the Symphony Nova Scotia admin office, and ready for you to redeem anytime within the next two seasons. Remember, we’ll need your tickets in order to make your eventual exchange, so please hold onto your tickets! Here is how:

To confirm your exchange, please email us at info@symphonyns.ca with the subject: EXCHANGE.

We require your tickets in order to process your request. If your tickets are at the Dalhousie Arts Centre Box Office, we’ll pick them up! If you have your ticket(s), please scan or take a photo of each ticket and include it with your email. The front of each ticket must be visible and legible, including Event, Row/Seat, Price, Date, and Time. Alternately, you are welcome to mail your ticket(s) to us at:
