Kyrie Robinson

Growing up in Halifax and starting at a very young age, my family took me to hear Symphony Nova Scotia perform, and made me fall in love with orchestral music. It inspired me to learn the violin. I was incredibly lucky to join the Nova Scotia Youth Orchestra a number of years ago, and the community I found there was life changing! Being a part of a community of many gifted young musicians and being taught by so many amazing coaches and conductors inspired me and gave me leadership skills I never thought I would have. Now I get to work behind the scenes with the NSYO!

I am a full-time student, studying at Dalhousie and King’s College, completing my Double Honours degree in Early Modern Studies and Social Anthropology.
