I joined the NSYO because my stand partner recommended it. Honestly, I would’ve never imagined myself in a position with the NSYO, because of how well-known a symphony orchestra it is. My stand partner at the time was the one who told me to try out for the orchestra.
I don’t only play the violin. I started playing the piano as my second instrument three years ago. Unfortunately, I had to stop my lessons at level six, but I do still enjoy practicing pieces in my free time.
If I were to be something other than a musician, I would be a doctor. I want to help people with their ailments, whether it be minor or major. Whether it be a fracture or sickness, I don’t want anyone to be inconvenienced in any way or deprived of happiness because of their physical troubles.
