Noam Koubi

Co-Concertmaster

Noam Koubi is a grade 12 student, and he is very excited for his fifth season with the NSYO. He has been playing the violin for 13 years, and piano for 10 years, practicing primarily solo repertoire and orchestral music. Noam loves playing in the orchestra and collaborating musically with his peers, especially through the music of Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, and Stravinsky. After high school, he is planning to pursue a degree in liberal arts and violin performance.

When not playing, Noam enjoys reading a variety of genres, listening to/watching operas, and being involved in his school’s sailing club.
