Please call the Dalhousie Arts Centre box office at 902-494-3820 or 1-800-874-1669 when you know you won’t be able to make it. Please note that single tickets are not eligible for exchange in the 26/27 season. Subscribers may exchange to any performance of equal or lesser value throughout the current season. Symphony Nova Scotia does not offer refunds.  

Dalhousie Arts Centre Box Office hours are 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM, Wednesday to Saturday. Please note that we require a minimum of one box office business days’ notice prior to your performance to exchange tickets.  

The Dalhousie Arts Centre Box Office does require your original ticket(s) to process the exchange. To make this process easier, we strongly recommend leaving your tickets on hold at the Box Office when you subscribe.  

If you are unable to request an exchange at least one business day prior to the event, you can request a tax receipt for the value of your tickets. To request a receipt, please email [email protected]. 

Please note, ticket exchanges are subject to availability and are not applicable for tickets sold outside of the Dalhousie Arts Centre Box Office. Exchanges are ticket-based. You will be exchanging each ticket for a ticket of equal or lesser value.
