Frequently Asked Questions About Ordering

What seating options are there?

The Rebecca Cohn has A+, A, B, and C price seating, and the earlier you order your tickets, the better seats you’ll be able to choose from! To view a seating chart, click here. To download the chart in a high-resolution PDF format, click here.

How can I pay?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, along with cheques (by mail or in person), cash (in person), and Interac (in person). Please consider adding a donation to your total. Tickets only cover 28% of our revenue!

Can I exchange my tickets?

We offer free ticket exchanges for all our concerts. To make this process as easy as possible, we encourage you to leave your tickets at the box office, where you’ll be able to pick them up just before each concert. That way, if something comes up and you can’t make it to a concert, the box office can easily exchange your tickets for another Symphony Nova Scotia performance of your choice. Please note that we do require your actual tickets to make any exchanges, and we ask that you be sure to call at least 24 hours prior to the concert!

What discounts do you offer?

Our best discounts are always through our ticket packages, but here are other ways to save:

  • Under-30, child, and student discounts – We offer huge savings with our Under-30 U-Pick and our TD Under-30 Access Price. Learn more here.
  • Add-on discounts – Ticket package holders save 10% on extra tickets all year long.
  • Group discounts – Groups of 10 or more save 10% on our single ticket price, while groups of 20+ save 20% (subject to availability) for most performances.
