Get tickets online through the Dalhousie Arts Centre Box Office website. Please note that all tickets purchased at the Dalhousie Arts Centre Box Office are charged a service fee.

TICKETS TIPS

Here are a couple handy tips when booking tickets on the Dalhousie Box Office website:

  • Our Fall 2021 concerts are general admission, so you will NOT be reserving exact seats in advance.
  • You’ll be asked to log in to book your tickets. If you’re not sure you have an account, click “Forgot your password?”
  • • You’ll need to agree to COVID-19 policies, including required proof of vaccination to gain entry, before checking out.
  • You’ll need to choose a Delivery Method:
    • If you choose “Hold at Box Office”, you’ll need to pick up your tickets when you arrive, up to 1 hour before the concert.
    • If you choose “Print at Home”, your ticket will be included with your confirmation email as a PDF attachment.
  • You will receive an email confirmation from [email protected].

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, along with cheques (in person), cash (in person), and Interac (in person). Please consider adding a donation to your total!

We do not offer exchanges on free (complimentary) tickets.

Can I exchange my tickets from concerts cancelled by COVID-19?

Not yet! We have adapted a flexible approach to programming, and a gradual return to our “normal”. You’ll notice that our fall 2021 events are free or lower-cost. We don’t want to ask you to use your exchanges on these events—though we’ll hope to see you there!
