Maria is a grade 11 student in the IB program at Charles P Allen High School, and this is her first season in the NSYO!

She’s been playing violin for seven years now, and cannot wait to get started on another year of music. She is also a part of the Lakes and Locks program in Fall River.

Apart from violin, she also plays the alto saxophone, where she will be in her second season at NSYWE this year.

She also loves to sing, both as a soloist and with her choir, the Cantatrice Honor Choir. When she’s not making music, Maria can be found honing her skills in badminton, sprinting on the track, and competing in challenging math contests. She looks forward to meeting everyone!
